C. Scott Kitcher
Scott has 27 years of executive experience in investment banking, investment management, private equity and consulting, with a special focus on Clean-tech and sustainability.
After graduating from Stanford University, Scott joined Yamaichi International - America, then one of the Big 4 Japanese investment banks, where he led the firm’s Western U.S. investment banking efforts, including underwriting, buy & sell side analysis, M&A, consulting, investor relations and other business development activity for Japanese and U.S. clients. Scott was also a frequent conference panelist on U.S. banking in Asia.
Scott became involved in the Clean-tech industry in the mid-90s while serving as Investment Counsel V.P. in charge of the Western U.S. for Eaton Vance Management, and national representative for Eaton’s Hong Kong-based partner, Lloyd George Management. At Eaton, he excelled in institutional sales, marketing, client service and portfolio management.
In 2009, Scott founded EcoFin Consulting, a financial and strategic consulting firm that helps early stage and transitioning Clean-tech companies advance to the next level.
Scott also now serves as president and CEO of Sustain OC a non-profit trade association that promotes the Clean-tech industry in Orange County, California, including renewable energy, clean transportation, energy efficiency and other resource conservation, green building and consumer products, and corporate sustainability.

Lawrence Hirson is an accomplished entrepreneur and senior manager with nearly five decade of experience in capital formation, corporate and product development, communications and branding, sales and marketing, and shareholder value creation. He is known for his tremendous energy, enthusiasm and creative vision, along with a seasoned understanding of global markets and an extensive array of influential contacts from around the world.
Since 2010, Lawrence has served as CEO of The WATB Group, which offers consultative management, sales and marketing expertise to businesses looking to achieve accelerated growth. In this capacity, he currently serves as an advisor to the board of Indi.com, as well as a number of other privately-held companies. He is also manager of WATB ISA, LLC, which makes select investments in public and private companies.
Since 2008, he has served as chairman of the board of H&L Russel, Ltd, a London, UK-based product innovator, importer and distributor of storage and houseware products for major UK hospitality chains.
In 2000, Lawrence co-founded Protect-A-Bed, recognized as a worldwide leader in mattress protection innovation, and in eight years as its president he grew the company to $60 million in annual revenues. Today, the company remains an industry leader, with more than $100 million in annual revenue and international presence in more than 30 countries.
Prior to Protect-A-Bed, Lawrence served for several years as president of Granton Marketing in conjunction with DS Max, a direct marketing company with over 100 offices and 4,000 salespeople in South Africa.
Earlier, he was founder and and president of Supreme Car & Truck Hire, an innovator of free mileage in the car and truck rental industry based in South Africa, as well as was founder and president of Superformance, a franchised auto repair chain in Southern California.

Justin is a seasoned executive with more than 23 years’ experience in senior management, investment advisory, equity research, portfolio analysis, and investor relations. His senior management experience covers the software, services and luxury goods industries, and he is adept at cultivating partnerships and building lasting relationships across global business sectors.
Justin offers specialized knowledge in the capital markets, entrepreneurial finance and managerial process, and applies a broad knowledge scope that has consistently helped companies surpass business goals and increase profitability. He excels at identifying and capturing opportunities, engaging audiences, operating in the executive suite and driving business development. He is an expert in evaluating market conditions for structuring and strategically adjusting corporate action plans.
Justin is currently a principle advisor at a leading wealth management firm after earlier serving as senior vice president and equity analyst at Mont Pelerin Capital, a $100 million hedge fund focused on emerging growth equities. He was a founder and senior executive at a consumer products company, and earlier in his career served as vice president of equity research at Roth Capital Partners. At Roth, he helped raise more than $50 million in equity and debt financing for a number of emerging growth companies, and was ranked as a Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst. He also held various equity research positions at CIBC World Markets and Wedbush Morgan Securities.

Leslie K. White
Leslie is an experienced marketing and sales professional that moves easily from vision and strategy to implementation and follow-through. She has more than 15 years' experience developing and managing client relations in a range of industries, meeting expectations through fulfillment of business objectives, marketing and sales goals, and utilizing communication skills that convey professionalism and market intelligence.
Leslie is principal of Culinary Intuition (CI), providing advisory services to the foodservice industry, including strategic marketing development, research and tactical support for food manufacturers, suppliers and restaurants.
Earlier, she served as marketing manager for Sunkist Growers, a cooperative marketing organization comprised of more than 6,000 California and Arizona citrus growers and packers. During her tenure, Sunkist represented 80% of the $1.3 billion U.S citrus industry.
Prior to Sunkist, she was head of program management/business development for CTB/McGraw-Hill, a leading provider of standardized achievement test products and services.
Leslie has also served as sales and marketing manager for the American Culinary Federation, a non-profit chef organization providing certification programs and networking opportunities for chefs, as well as comprehensive accreditation programs for culinary schools.
